Apple

Clean, peel, core and cut into wedges.

Kale

Wash and remove woody ends but not the stalks. Cut into strips diagonal to the stalk.

Cucumber

Wash but do not peel. Cut into sticks.

Lemon

Peel and cut into wedges or just squeeze into juice.

Juice

Start with the kale and slowly add apple and cucumber until finished. Add or squeeze the lemon.
