In this juice, we combine one of each: purple cabbage and blueberries. That’s right, the two most common of the uncommon blue foods.
So not only is this juice fun (you are drinking purple juice after all) but tremendously nutritious. Nobody say a healthy diet should be boring and tasteless.

It was weird to juice cabbage but was surprised of how well it mixed with the rest. The cabbage I had was kind of old so the flavor was very strong and wasn’t crazy about I will try it with a greener cabbage next time.
