Steps to optimize juice yield

Cantaloupe

Peel but leave most of the rind. Remove seeds and mush. Cut into small cubes.

Cucumber

Peel and cut into sticks.

Cilantro

Wash. Do not remove stems.

Juice

Start mixing cantaloupe and cucumber then cilantro and cucumber. Add lime or squeeze at the end. Add ginger. Finish the cantaloupe and the rest of the cucumber.
