The cantaloupe (or melon) are the dominant ingredient and flavor in this juice. Sweet, fruity and otherwise uninteresting if it wasn’t for the lemon and ginger.
Bright yellow color, slight amount of pulp and very refreshing.
Best served chilled but room temperature may work better when dealing with a sore throat.
ALL the flavors were intense, defined and tasty. The way the recipe is shown helps a lot to control the amount of juice, this is the first time I find something like this and I like it.

Peel lemon and cut in quarts. Remove seeds if possible. Clean ginger but leave the skin.
Start with half the cantaloupe. Add the lemon and ginger. Add the rest of the cantaloupe.
