While carrot-only juice exists, the best use for this root is mixed with fruits, vegetables and leafy greens.

Wash and remove ends. Cut into sticks.
Peel pineapple and slice without removing the core. Remove cantaloupe seeds but leave some of the rind to improve juice yield. Cut both into cubes.
Peel and cut fruit into quarters or squeeze at the end.
Juice a piece of pineapple, one piece of cantaloupe and then a piece of carrot until all is gone. Add the lime.
