Juice Recipe: Cucumber, peach and kiwi

Of all, one

This juice has something for everybody. All inclusive, diverse, sustainable.

There are no divisions, factions, tribalism. A homogeneous mixture of fruits, vegetables, herbs and even leafy greens!

No casts, ranks or levels. They all coexist in harmony and balance; a refreshing utopia of flavors, colors and nutrients.

Common ingredients share the space with exotic ones, tradition and exuberance all as one.

As long as this recipe is concerned, it is possible to have a perfect union.

In this daring mingle of fruits (some not commonly juiced), vegetables and herbs, a sophisticated juice results with mellow peach flavor, sour notes from the kiwi and lime, combined with the intriguing contribution from the lettuce, unified by the fresh tones of the spearmint.

Despite its somewhat difficult juicing of the ingredients, the end reward is worth it. Few juices are as complex and interesting as this one.

Serve fresh at breakfast.

cold still here

I tried this juice to get rid of my cold and the juice helped by giving me energy but not sure it helped my immune system. I will try another immune support juice next.
