Good juice but not my favorite

I found it too strong for me. I like more mellow green flavors are better but it is my personal taste. Exact yield too, very nice.

Apple & celery

Core apple and cut into wedges. Cut celery into sticks.

Spinach & parsley

Wash and keep the stems.

Red bell pepper

Remove stem and seeds; cut into cubes.

Juice

Add half the apple mixed with all the bell pepper. Add spinach mixed with half the celery. Add parsley with the rest of the celery. Add rest of the apple and lemon (of squeeze afterwards).
