This high energy, sweet and undemanding mixture of fruits and vegetables delivers a routinely safe juice heavily slanted toward the apple and beetroot flavors, with some spice from the ginger and mostly volume from the carrot.

Deep burgundy color, luscious and supple. Highly drinkable but be cautious if you are managing high blood sugar issues.

Keeps well refrigerated and separates quickly.

Ingredients

Prenatal Juice

Apple

Pink Lady

With a well balanced sweetness and firmer consistency, Pink Lady are the best apples for fruity juices.

Carrot

While carrot-only juice exists, the best use for this root is mixed with fruits, vegetables and leafy greens.

Beetroot

The intensity of this root transforms any juice into a beet juice with the rest of ingredients behind.  With its rich color, strong flavor and high sugar content, beet root juicing can be challenging.

Ginger

Root

In the right amount, this ingredient balances bitterness or sweetness perfectly in any juice recipe.

Preparation

Steps to optimize juice yield

1

Apple & Carrot

Clean but not peel. Core apple and cut into slices. Cut carrot into sticks.

2

Beetroot

Remove ends and skin if woody. Cut into wedges.

3

Ginger

Remove dark spots but do not peel. Cut into smaller pieces.

4

Juice

Start mixing half the apple with half the beetroot. Add half the carrots to the rest of the beetroot. Add ginger. Finish with the rest of the carrots and apples.
