Collard Greens

Clean but do not remove stems. Cut in strips diagonal to stem.

Cucumber

Peel and cut into sticks.

Remove woody ends. Cut into wedges.

Wash but do not remove stems.

Do not peel and cut into wedges.

Juice

Start with collard greens mixed with some of the cucumber. Add fennel and cilantro. Add more cucumber with ginger and turmeric. Add lemon and then the rest of the cucumber.
